This pinch collar of black stainless steel is a good solution for behavior correction training. It consists of a central plate, 2 rings and symmetrically arranged prongs. The central plate guarantees an equal distribution of pressure. The prongs are blunt not to cause any discomfort to your pet. When he pulls on the leash, the dog feels pinches on the skin that distract him/her. Thus, it will make the dog understand that something is going wrong.
The size of this Black Stainless Steel Prong Dog Collar is 25 inches (63 cm); prong's diameter - 4.0 mm (1/6 inches). There are 10 links in total. If your dog's neck circumference is more than 25 inches (63 cm), you can order an additional link,that will add 1 3/5 inch (4.0 cm) to the total length.
Please note that we do not recommend to put this collar through the dog's head. You need to open the links to do that,otherwise you can injure your pet's head or ears.
It is NOT recommended :
1) to leave your dog unsupervised with this collar on;
2) to use a wrong size in order to avoid injuries.
If you want this collar to look like an ordinary one, you can order a nylon protector that will protect the steel from damages as well.
